Wheel return form

Return Policy:

• All wheels in current price list can be returned for exchange of an order of equivalent value up to a maximum of 5% of total year purchases.
• All freight costs incurred for wheel returns will be at customer expense and added to the bottom of the invoice.
• All returned wheels must be in perfect condition.
• A return good authorization (RGA) # must be issued by Macpek prior to sending products back.
